Three Phase Digital Variac

Three Phase Digital Variac is basically a three phase voltage transformer (auto-transformer) provides variable voltage output across all three phases. Digital control and in-built meters for reading voltage, current & other key parameters for each phase makes it easier to operate over traditional analog variacs. They are normally used to verify Line Regulation of Transformer, Power Supply, UPS etc., which demands monitoring of Input Voltage and Input Current of Unit under Test. In case of traditional manual variacs, user monitors these two parameters with two extra Digital Meters or sometimes with Multimeter, which is expensive. In addition, time is wasted in making connections to external meters. Confusion in wiring may cause damage in meters which is further costly.
